I can't say I liked this place - I absolutely loved it! The location is perfect and it has a great story you can find in every detail. But the best thing are people. Every human behind this place is amazing and that may be the most important part. If you really want to travel care-free and truly enjoy Dubrovnik, this is your place to stay <3

great location, room was comfy, attentive staff

Perhaps one of the most beautiful rooms we havr ever stayed in. Very firendly staff...and a breathtaking view if the city. Even though it is so close to the center...the restaurant and bar terrace are an oasis. Great food as well.

I had an amazing time staying at the Hotel Excelsior Dubrovnik. After a stressful car issue in Bosnia forced me to change my plans abruptly and head to Dubrovnik instead of Kotor, the hotel welcomed me with such warmth and professionalism. From the moment I stepped in until the moment I checked out, the service was flawless. The room was spacious, beautifully appointed, and stocked with all the amenities you’d ever need plus thoughtful extras. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and everything felt clean, premium, and well-maintained. I stayed in a room with a balcony overlooking the Dubrovnik coastline, and it was absolutely worth it. Sitting outside with a view of the Old Town and the endless horizon was truly special. The bathroom was also generous in size, with a large bathtub perfect for soaking after a long day of exploring. Morning breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of high-quality options that tasted just as good as they looked. The location couldn’t be more perfect. It’s an easy and pleasant walk to and from Old Town, making it convenient yet still peaceful. I highly recommend Hotel Excelsior to anyone visiting Dubrovnik. I will definitely return every time I come back.

I was fortunate to stay at the Heritage Hotel Lucia in Dubrovnik. The hotel is lovely, with beautifully appointed rooms, impeccable service, and absolutely delicious breakfast. The attention to detail and warm hospitality made our stay especially memorable. We can’t wait to return at the end of our trip and experience it all again.
