The hotel proved to be a very nice surprise in all aspects. But then again is a 4-star accommodation, which you pay for. Access to the spa is ideal, parking the car perfect, breakfast for all tastes and diets, room amazing. Such a pity we stayed only one night.

Eggs from a cardboard container - gooey mess. Saturday night staff - waitress & maitre'd could use training in manners(they wouldn't last a day on Azamara) Young man waiter - was top drawer. Front desk was helpful as needed.

Great price/value. Kids friendliness of the hotel really appreciated - everything prepared for all you need for babies/toddlers. Tasty food (half board) room perfectly clean. Great starting point to discover Neusiedler See, thermal spas or architecture. Small wellness is nice bonus. Staff is really nice and helpful.
