The location is perfect. I stayed in a beautiful room on level 88, and the view was absolutely stunning. The hotel exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend taking a dip in the swimming pool — it's truly fantastic. The staff are incredibly friendly, and the restaurant team is just as outstanding. Overall, it’s one of the best hotels in Jakarta! My regards Ali Abssawi

There're a lot of kind of food for breakfast. Staffs are so nice. For room, it's full of facilities. I like it.

The fancy hotel is located at a convenient location. It is linked to Plaza Indonesia and Grand Indonesia is only about 5mins away. The staff are super nice as well. We took the full board and it comes with breakfast, lunch & dinner.

I had a great stay at Whiz Capsule. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. The space is surprisingly spacious, the facilities are very clean, and everything is well maintained. The location is very central, which made it easy to explore the city. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Room was service every day, staff very polite, breakfast suited local and western. Good view from rooftop bar. Room was quiet, internet good. Location to hurge shopping malls, food stalls very close by.

It was in the mall itself so it's easy to shop,bubur was very yummy and the staff was very helpful. You pay what you booked,no deposits, the check-in was fast. Check out was also fast.

Very happy with my choice og hotel. Voncenient location clise to the sirport train and other stations. Nice big rooms and very good breakfast. Nice and helpful staff. Will definately stay here again if back in Jakarta.

Beautiful building and amazing and neat decoration.

Fabulous location close to everything I needed. I chose it because I could catch the train directly from the airport to the hotel which was a short walk from Sudirman station. It was then easy to catch trains to other places in Jakarta, making travel within a huge city very easy and fast.

Beautiful hotel, grand lobby, large breakfast area. We were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a suite room for our 2 night stay. The staff were very helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and always smiling 😊 The room is large, well decorated, bathroom is large and the lighting is bright. The bed is king size and very comfortable. There's even a sofa next to the bed so you can sit and watch movies on the smart LG tv . Breakfast is yummy with menu change daily. Great location, very near Thamrin City, Grand Plaza and Plaza Indonesia where you can shop till you drop and take a bite at the many food outlets or try some street food. There are so many places to visit and they are quite close. Excellent service, great hotel, great location and we will definitely stay at this wonderful hotel again. Fully recommend it.

We were very satisfied, great accommodation, great breakfast, very friendly staffs, they managed our taxi from/to airport I did also mistake and i booked firstly for different day and it was easy to change without extra money
