Friendly & super helpful staff ✅ The staff are the real highlight. Every interaction made me feel welcomed and appreciated. Their hospitality is genuine, and they go the extra mile to help whenever needed. To the management: please consider giving your team a salary raise or bonus. Great service like this deserves to be rewarded. They are one of the reasons guests would happily come back. Highly recommended. ❤️

The decoration is great and gives an homy feeling.

I like the breakfast and the staff

Locatie is fantastic and staff is amazing. Very good breakfast.

The staff are superfriendly and helpful. 10/10.

Close to everything, supermarkets, night life, restaurants.

Very centrally located next to a mall and lots of cafés . Easily located by Grab, Blue Bird etc . The staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms maybe small for two people but fine for a solo traveler. Spotlessly clean and a comfortable, spacious lounge

The location was convenient, with plenty of food options nearby. The room was comfortable, and I also liked the large mirror in the room.

Wow really comfortable!! Exceeded my expectations. There was also breakfast service, delivered to my room around 7+am. Yummy noodles AND Nasi goreng AND fruits. There is a flight of stairs before the hotel lobby so may not be good if you cannot climb stairs

My stay at the hotel was very pleasant. This hotel is located in main market area where there are many restaurants. All staffs at hotel were very helpful. Mr. Ami Sebagai Front Desk Agent was very helpful, gentle and ever smiling person. He was very prompt. early morning at 2:30 am he promptly book taxi for airport. He guided taxi driver to take me airport comfortably. I am looking forward to see him again in my next visit.

Good location, just 5min walking to MRT station and shopping centre, many restaurants in the neighbourhood. Clean and quiet enough

Beautiful stylish hotel located close to the full amenities of BlokM. Staff were friendly and professional and the room was well kept and clean. Facilities at the hotel are also very good, as was the food. I would certainly recommend this Hotel.
