Everything was nice, beautiful rooms, very friendly and helpfull staff.

Staff were excellent room was big enough and comfortable. I recommend this hotel.

The apartment was amazing: with two bedrooms and two bathrooms and more storage space than we have at home. The place was spotless clean, and it had a washing machine. The pool was great; with towels and service at the pool. Great options for breakfast, from Indonesian to Western,’it was all there. The staff was super friendly! Went out of their way for us. And the room service was quick and tasty!

Everything from arriving and leaving was amazing. I was early checking in and was welcomed to the club lounge and given pool access. It was so accommodating. At the pool the staff were so lovely, from the moment I came in. The piano and traditional music in the reception feels like a dream. The room I stayed (on lower floor) was massive and although the furnishings were older, in perfect condition!

Great location, spacious room, so many compartments, clean, nice smell of linen and towels. Check in was smooth and they allowed me to check out at 1pm. Great hospitality of the staff. There's Blue Bird taxi stand by at the hotel. The lift has seat, it is somewhat useful when i feel so tired after a long day and dont feel like standing. All in all, i had an excellent 3 night stay.

Plaza 54 is a very good hotel. The staff are very humble, friendly, and cooperative. The security is excellent, and we always felt safe. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. The only inconvenience was that there was no laundry service or ironing facility, which caused us a little difficulty. Apart from that, everything was excellent. Special thanks to Ayedan for the kind support and excellent behavior. I also want to thank the security guards and the reception staff for their professionalism and hospitality. We had a very good experience staying here.

It's in city centre with affordable price, quite and cozy place to stay, Easy to check in and accessible from anywhere. The staff also polite, responsive and quite informative.

Space really huge and clean. No doubt i will book again here soon.
