- Reception ( Bella and Ayu ) were more than perfect for welcoming us at Merak village , smiley , polite, and they were explaining for us everything at the hotel and were ready to answer any question and ready to help. - Room was just amazing , they clean 2 times, and has a nice view and the sound of the river let you really feel in the heaven. - Housekeeping, ( Dewa, wili & Adi ) were ready to assist us and always they keep our room clean. - Restaurant, All staffs were smiley and they great us warmly every morning when we come to our breakfast. And have nice hospitality. - Over all the Merak Village for sure on our list for our next coming to Ubud and I highly recommend it. - Finally, thanks for every one there for an amazing hospitality that let us feel at our second home. A beautiful and comfortable place to spend several days in Ubud. The room was perfect, clean with all necessities you need and with a stunning view to the pool. Service is perfect and the personell of the hotel is so attentive. This hotel is 5 minutes walk from the Monkey Forest. Also, it’s surrounded by many fancy restaurants and souvenir shops. Nice place to relax.
