Staff is super friendly and speaks english, they open and close the door for you 24/7 😄 room is clean, comfortable, enough space, for premium room you also get the access to the special launge zone, which is good too. There are bar and japanese restaurant in the same building. Pool in the territory

The room was spacious and clean (although the bathroom felt a bit dated, probably because the building is older). The staff were very friendly and responded promptly to any requests.

The warm staff. They were very attentive and made you feel at home. I arrived late at night for check-in, and I was pleasantly surprised to enter my room to find out that they had run a bath for me and had left a hand written card from the staff!! Very sweet. Nothing I have experienced at other hotels.

The property was just a sublime experience. Located just a stones throw from Ashta and other malls like Pacific Place, Senayan City and Plaza Senayan. Not to mention the street alone has so many hip restaurants and coffee spots. The staff were very kind and professional. Breakfast was amazing and we were spoiled for choices. The facilities were better than the photos and just a breathtaking experience. Lots of space in the room.

It’s just something different than most hotels. Colourful, unique and atmospheric. Nice swimming pool and perfect gym. And I loved the record player in my room!

Great location, spacious room, so many compartments, clean, nice smell of linen and towels. Check in was smooth and they allowed me to check out at 1pm. Great hospitality of the staff. There's Blue Bird taxi stand by at the hotel. The lift has seat, it is somewhat useful when i feel so tired after a long day and dont feel like standing. All in all, i had an excellent 3 night stay.

Most beautifully design hotel I had been to . Fantastic, very helpful staff (thank you Angelique , Monika and Randy just to name a few ). Beautiful room with great view, very good beds. Great two outside pools and super cool terrace on the rooftop. Very good choice of kitchens for breakfast . It was my fathers bday and they made some cute extra touches in the room and provide a very nice little cake . Thank you very much!!! From now on its my place to stay while visiting Jakarta .
