This was an amazing hotel with excellent hospitality provided by each of the staff during our 4 night stay. The rooms looked exactly like the pictures and everything was super cleaned. The breakfast and afternoon tea was super delicious and beautifully plated each time. The amenities were wonderful and most importantly, everyone in my family enjoyed the complimentary massage service offered by the hotel. Each staff we encountered always had a smile on their face and made us felt welcomed. Whenever we had questions or concerns, the staff will always try their best to take care of the issue or address our concerns. WiFi signal was strong and it was quiet at night even though it is located on a Main Street in ubud.

A perfectly decorated and cared for small hotel we were looking for, away from the noisy center of Ubud. A shuttle service is offered to get downtown. Yuri, in reception, was exceptionally helpful and kind. She was able to find solutions and options to fit our needs. Also, our driver, Ketut, went above and beyond as a skilled driver and well-informed guide in English as well. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Outstanding breakfast, comfortable beds, wonderful massages, and tastefully decorated hotel.
