Amnaya Resort in Nusa Dua was our perfect holiday stay.Front desk staff Jesi was super helpful and friendly.On top of upgrading our room to a Junior Suite..she personally made sure to come over and explain each and every amenity in our roo m.The junior Suite room was like a dream.The in house restaurant provided fine Indonesian food and made our evenings even more memorable.Bhava Spa is a must try.Staffs Mita, Radha and Ratmasa were amazing in making our stay memorable.Overall an incredible culmination of luxury,Coziness and hospitality

This was a Terrible Experience. The only good things were the Two lovely girls that tried to help us. The manager acted cowardly and would not speak to us on the phone to sort out the problem. We got there and paid the full price then checked in, The room was dirty run down and tired. We made up our mind not to stay and booked elsewhere. We were there for around Half and Hour and did not touch anything . The manager would only refund half the money. The room was around $220aud a night. The room did not look as good as the pictures on booking dot com. See Photos below. Do yourself a favor and Book into the BALI BEACH HOTEL Almost the same money and better location.
