The staff were very friendly and helpful, spacious room with a great view. Very clean, breakfast was great and there was soy milk! Most hotels do not provide dairy alternatives. The cleaning staff are great! I was always came back to a very clean and spotless room (plus a little joke with my plushie xD ) The view from the balcony was very nice and it was really nice to be able to wake up to a clean fresh air. We actually had some problem with our pick-up taxi (from the train station to the hotel) and the staff were very helpful to assist us to solve the problem and we were able to get a free taxi from the hotel on our departure day. There’s also a free concierge service, so we didn’t have to worry about our luggages

Every staff is amazingly kind and professional. Easily we can find that this hotel makes their importance to equip and to maintain its facilities in well-qualified condition. I enjoyed my stay without any stress even comparing with my experience in Japan. I extended my stay twice and stayed there more than a month at the end.
