It was very much home feeling. On the day of moving in, there was an air raid alarm. It was an unforgettable experience. We didn't know what to do. We just went out into the corridor and followed the people into the shelter. There was no panic or emotion. Then everyone went their separate ways.

The staff is really amazing. They are at their best to make you feel welcome and relaxed. They help you for everything and they make this luxurious hotel a very special place, like home. Thank you for making this stay really outstanding!

the rooms were specious. Location was great. very central. staff very friendly and professional. best quality and it was our third time here and it will definitely not ve the last one. super child friendly and everything nearby. from pharmacy to restaurants, beach and supermarkets..

Best position in the city center, close to restaurants, supermarkets, etc. and 3 mins from the beach. Great staff, very kind and helpful. Staff level is much higher than that of other renowned hotels we stayed at in Tel Aviv, and much closer to US/European standards. Value for money compared to many other hotels in the area Older rooms are undergoing renovation works
