Nice and comfortable place near the beach with a beautiful garden. the staff is really nice, helpful and the lady is a great cook. We really enjoy the meals that she prepared for us.

Good hotel with cordial and cooperative staff

We stayed at the property for a night. The reception staff were very friendly and accommodating. We were very pleased with their promptness and service. The location is excellent, a stone's throw from restaurants and markets. CSVT station is at a walkable distance. Overall would receommend this stay.

It’s a next-level property. Anyone coming to Mumbai can definitely stay here. Although the locality is a bit industrial, the staff behavior, hotel cleanliness, and overall comfort are exactly what matter to me. Most of the afternoon, I was out for meetings and later exploring Mumbai. Once you come back here, you’re guaranteed a good night’s sleep with great amenities and positive vibes in the hotel. I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The cleanliness was outstanding—everything from the rooms to the common areas was spotless and very well maintained. It really made the stay comfortable and relaxing. The hotel staff was extremely polite, friendly, and always ready to help. Their service was quick and professional, and they made sure all our needs were taken care of without any delay. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was great. The rooms were spacious, well-organized, and equipped with all necessary amenities. It truly felt like a premium experience. Great hotel. Very polite and helpful staff. Beautiful interior. The manager helped to call a taxi and printed boarding passes for the plane. Clean bathroom, air conditioner. Elevator between ground and 5 floor. Unfortunately, I could not try breakfasts (the difference between home and local time is 3 hours, I just can not eat so early), but I am sure that they are delicious. Before check-in, we did not have time to change the required amount of payment for accommodation in rupees. The manager allowed us to pay in dollars at a good rate. If you came to Mahindra Independence Rock, like us - an excellent choice, the festival is 25 minutes walk away.

It's an old British Raj hotel, which still retains that era. Excellent service, very polite and friendly staff. Great value for money.

It's a new property so everything was fresh and working

The place is worst, the staff is worst, place is shit. I never recommend for this place to anybody. This is unhygienic Place in the world. I did not like at all.
