Staff was very courteous and helpful. They even agreed to keep our luggage for 3 days even after checkout as we were riding to Nubra and Pangong. Room was spacious and clean and had all important amenities. Food was not overly costly and was good.

Perfect location near town centre, restaurants and shops. Room was fantastic, staff were so helpful, friendly and accommodating. Bed was super comfy and amenities were excellent. Food was really good particularly the breakfast. Great views of snow laden mountains from the room. Highly recommend this hotel.

    Spend time walking and exploring the cafes and shops. The Ladakh Museum is a must go to place. The Ladakh palace - which is a taxi ride away, is also an amazing piece of history and views are exceptional. Do not miss.

    Great location, walking distance to the Main Bazaar, Leh palace, Tsemu monastery. Decent room, clean bedsheets, blanket cover and towels, big windows, balcony. There's a beautiful territory, fruit trees and flowers. The owners and the stuff were incredibly helpful, caring and kind. Our daughter got sick and we got a lot of help and support from the family who owns the hotel.

    Beautiful property run by beautiful people. In the best spot away from the noise of the Main Bazaar area. Rooms were massive with beautiful views, very clean. Dinner handmade by the owners was delicious (had veg momos one nights and thali the next night, r.250 each night ). Breakfast is the traditional Ladakhi breakfast of Khambir with jam & butter, omelette and masala chai (r.200, bargain!). And the food keeps coming until you're full! Definitely try and do a homestay in Leh, it's so worth it.

    The hotel’s location is incredibly convenient as the main bazaar is very close, making shopping very easy. There are also many restaurants nearby, so finding a place to eat is never an issue. The staff’s service is exceptionally courteous and attentive.

    Nice location out of Leh centre, but with views to Namgyal Monastery. Walking distance to Main Bazaar in Leh centre, large and very clean rooms, garden available, hot shower, breakfast included. And very kind and helpful owner - Mr. Gonpa, helps me to arrange Protected Area Permit, taxi transports, etc. It is possible to take a dinner or lunch directly in accomodation.

    [Traveller from Aus, but because of Indian phone number it says from India]. The property and rooms were beautiful. Well-kept, very clean, and bright with morning and afternoon sun. Really nice location just a very short walk from the main bazaar area. Hosts and staff are incredibly helpful and nice. Really good value for money. Cannot recommend enough!

    Great staff! They helped us with everything regarding our stay: they can give all kinds of info from trekking to lazy shopping. The place is 10/15 min walk from the main bazaar: perfect because it is away from the noisy center and a little walk helps to acclimatise. 😉 They make the best ginger honey lemon tea! And if you have your own water bottle, you don't need to buy any plastic water: the hotel has free filtered water on every floor. We were supposed to stay 3 nights, and we ended up staying 10 or 11..

    Exceptional in all maners. Even after trying several other accomodations in Leh, we kept returning to Tsaskan hotel for it being by far the best one we tried in Leh. Food in Chaska Maska restaurant attached to the hotel was stunning. Personell was making us feel like home. Location is a pleasant 5 minute walk from main bazaar and 15 minutes to bus station, which makes it accessible when travelling to the remote places by morning buses. ATM's at the hotel building work even if the ones in city centre don't. Value for money.
