Lots of 5G towers in the marmet place, unfortunately, in Leh, so take some shungite for portection. Traffic free area and many beautiful items, Tibetan, Ladakhi and Kashmiri.....! Lots of restaurants too.

Spend time walking and exploring the cafes and shops.

Spend time walking and exploring the cafes and shops. The Ladakh Museum is a must go to place. The Ladakh palace - which is a taxi ride away, is also an amazing piece of history and views are exceptional. Do not miss.

A lovely family-run homestay on Changspa Road ab 20 min on foot from the Main Bazaar. A highlight is the rooftop dining area. I was upgraded for a couple of days to the deluxe double room with bath overlooking the vegetable garden, highly recommendable! This is a place for relaxing, not partying, so it's perfect for people who want a rest at the end of the day.

A very friendly family run guest house/hotel, jimi went out of his way to pick me up, the location is near the Shanti stupa quiet and peaceful away from the honking horns of the main bazaar, nice reasonable priced home cooked meals too! Fully recommended.

Nice guesthouse only 10min from the main bazaar. Due to some problems I got stuck in Leh for a few days but the owner was very helpful and supportive in that time, being flexible with my stay and helping me to arrange transport, food, etc. Thank you!

Very clean spacious rooms. Amazing staff (shout out to manager Naman, and head waiter Ravi). Nothing was too much trouble. We ended up staying for a week after our son got altitude sickness. The guys had oxygen on hand, and knew exactly what to do. In house food is amazing. Location a short walk to main bazaar, but very quiet with views to Stok Kangri.

Great location, walking distance to the Main Bazaar, Leh palace, Tsemu monastery. Decent room, clean bedsheets, blanket cover and towels, big windows, balcony. There's a beautiful territory, fruit trees and flowers. The owners and the stuff were incredibly helpful, caring and kind. Our daughter got sick and we got a lot of help and support from the family who owns the hotel.

The hotel’s location is incredibly convenient as the main bazaar is very close, making shopping very easy. There are also many restaurants nearby, so finding a place to eat is never an issue. The staff’s service is exceptionally courteous and attentive.

[Traveller from Aus, but because of Indian phone number it says from India]. The property and rooms were beautiful. Well-kept, very clean, and bright with morning and afternoon sun. Really nice location just a very short walk from the main bazaar area. Hosts and staff are incredibly helpful and nice. Really good value for money. Cannot recommend enough!
