The hotel design is timeless, with all the grandeur and styles of old Delhi. The staff are incredibly helpful and courteous and anything needed was available. The breakfast was exceptional, with buffet and a la carte available. The rooms were well designed and comfortable. A complete delight.

Really good location, lovely rooms and nice bathrooms. Very quiet, which is remarkable for this part of Delhi. Excellent room service, very good food, great Minibar! I needed to use the laundry service due to a mishap on the metro. The hotel arranged it with the greatest of efficiency. What really made for an excellent experience was the staff; all of them incredibly helpful, polite and just very lovely. Particular mention should go to Shadab on the front desk. He immediately made me feel welcome on my arrival, sorted out the laundry and helped with my onward travel.

The hotel's location is very good. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff is very attentive and friendly, ready to help with anything you need. I am very satisfied. The ideal hotel to choose for a stay in Delhi.

The hotel is tastefully decorated, well located and the staff is kind, polite an useful. A great assetis the in house restaurant which serves tasty food and is popular among locals - not a tourist trap. I loved the hotel and would stay here again.

I loved it! I read some dubious reviews, so was apprehensive. I loved it and the staff were lovely. Only complaint is the price of the food. Really, that subject was correct on other reviews. The price of food is ridiculously high.
