Hotell nær Ballaro Palermo i Palermo

Ekstremt vennlig og hjelpsom personal

Stil ,vennlighet, oppgradering

Nydelig frokost . Her kommer vi tilbake :-)

Vakkert hotell med nydelig atmosfære.

Sentral beliggenhet.

Fantastisk beliggenhet, god frokost, takterrasse, gode senger, hyggelig personale i resepsjonen.

Beliggenheten og personalet😊

Perfekt beliggenhet, kort vei til det meste

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our stay at Palazzo Balsamo Boutique Hotel was simply outstanding. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, everything exceeded our expectations. The hotel itself is beautiful, combining historic charm with modern comfort. Our room was spacious, elegant, impeccably clean, and very comfortable. The housekeeping team did a fantastic job every day, and it was clear that great attention is paid to every detail. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a wonderful selection of fresh local products, pastries, fruit, and excellent coffee. It was the perfect way to start each day. What truly made our stay unforgettable, however, was the exceptional service. Every member of the staff was warm, welcoming, professional, and genuinely committed to making our stay as enjoyable as possible. Their kindness, attention to detail, and willingness to help with anything made us feel like valued guests throughout our visit. The hotel’s location is also perfect, within walking distance of Palermo’s main attractions while still offering a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. We travel frequently, and Palazzo Balsamo Boutique Hotel is truly one of the best boutique hotels we have ever stayed in. Thank you to the entire team for making our visit so memorable. We cannot recommend this hotel highly enough and will definitely return on our next trip to Palermo!

Modernt, bra personlig service. Bra läge. Fin restaurang/frukost och god mat.
