Very nice family-run hotel and restaurant with very good quality traditional home-style regional dishes at a very attractive price

Clean and comfortable B&B style accommodation. Inside storage for bicycle. Breakfast was basic continental. Restaurant food was very good and popular with local people.

everything was as beautiful as on the pictures the staff were very lovely & helpful perfect weekend gateway - we‘ll come back a second time for sure

Friendly owner, comfortable room. Nice view on the river running through town. The location of Piobbico is cosy and quiet.

This is a wonderful place to stay to enjoy a visit to Urbino. The guesthouse was superbly situated in the centre of the town. We had a magnificient view from the room. The breakfast was excellent.

Great location, good vibes, friendly staff. We’ll recommended👍🏼

The hotel was above my expectations! I loved it from the very first entrance, the staff was suuuper nice and friendly. The room was small and I booked a single room, but it still gave me a fancy, cozy vibe. The interior, toiletries, and design were luxurious. The view from the window was directly onto the old town, in a quiet neighborhood. Breakfast was wonderful – one of the best I’ve ever had. I sat in the inner courtyard among the trees, listening to the birds chirping. The whole experience at the hotel was absolutely excellent.

Clean room with a comfy bed and a stunning view to mountains from the balcony. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

it is a cheap accommodation, the stuff do the best they can to make you feel welcome. We left before breakfast. The room was clean for what I could see.

Very nice hotel, spent a night, big enough room as well as the bathroom

We had a very pleasant surprise during our stay. We were given a room in the new wing, and honestly it felt worthy of a 5-star hotel. Everything was brand new, with beautiful decoration, a very spacious and comfortable room, including the bathroom, and a lovely view over the hills. The staff was super nice and always very helpful and attentive throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

This is an excellent hotel that we wouldn't believe to find in a place that doesn't look to have much tourism (I might be wrong about the tourism). People were very nice, polite and willing to help. Common areas and rooms are very clean, spacious and well designed. We stayed only for a night so we didn't had the chance to check all its facilities. There is a private open space parking in the back of the hotel. It is situated in a very good place regarding traveling to nearby places. I will certainly visit this hotel in my next trip to this area.

Breakfast was fine - we could choose what we wanted and we didn’t mind walking the few steps .

Loved the location! Roberta was so kind and helpful.
