Everything! Perfect hotel in the most stunning city. Staff very welcoming and excellent communication before our arrival, helping us to book excursions and transfers to and from the hotel. The drinks and snacks available from 12 are a welcome bonus when arriving back from a long walk in the heat! We will definitely be going back!

wonderful location. Great to have breakfast included. Also on site a charming bar and food menu in a very comfortable setting. The staff were all amazing and kind especially Giovanni and Muriel.

Worth it. +/-€6 pp. no elevator, verry narrow stairs at the...

Worth it. +/-€6 pp. no elevator, verry narrow stairs at the end. Planted trees on the top and gives a unique experience and great for photos. Not a lot of room to manoeuvre because of the trees. Go when it's not busy is recommend.

The apartment was very charming on the top floor with views of Guinigi Tower and rooftops. It had everything- a washer with a place to dry clothes, a full kitchen with coffee and everything you need to cook, separate comfortable beds and blankets. Inside the wall and very close to the Anfiteatro and everything! The host allowed me to check out late and was extremely attentive whenever I had a question and responded immediately.

The courtyard and garden area is beautiful. Free coffee in the morning. Excellent location in Lucca centro storico near Anfiteatro and Guinigi tower. Staff are very nice and helpful.
