The breakfast buffet was very well prepared. While we don't eat meat from mammals, they offered sliced turkey among their options. Very welcome. Other welcome additions were the fried potatoes and the sun-dried tomatoes. Many fresh pastries, yogurts, cereals, etc. Very satisfying.

The staff were friendly and helpful. They were so welcoming to my dog. The design was thoughtful and so cozy. Breakfast was bountiful and delicious.

Wonderful hotel, modern, very clean with spaceous free parking lot. Beautiful views to the country place from the room window. Excellent staff attention, very nice personnel.

Well everything was great in this hotel. Starting from the arrival, we met a super welcoming staff and discovered a very nice 3 bed room with a beautiful terrace. Just after dropping our bags in the room we enjoyed the swimming pool surrounded by trees (this was just great during the heat wave). The hotel breakfast and the restaurant are also very nice (just be careful the restaurant gets booked very fast, but there are plenty of very nice alternatives around). we had our best dinner from the trip in the hotel restaurant. The hotel is ideally located close to Lucca and Pisa making visit very easy. Small roads to Pisa are beautiful and you reach the city by the north with an easy access to the tower.

Very friendly staff, very clean and nice pool. It was sad to leave such a beautiful place.

Location, value, service and facilities. Dream home.

The staff is so kind and professional, and the facilities are lovely.

Magnificent setting a 15 minute taxi from the walled city of Lucca. Great staff and wonderful restaurant!!

Our stay here was wonderful! Lucca is a hidden gem, and the location of Hotel Diana is right off the Piazza San Martino. The room is basic, but it's spacious and just fine for a couple for a few days. The staff are very pleasant and professional, and the check-in experience was easy. All in all, this was a great spot for a short trip to one of the prettiest cities we've ever been to. Highly recommend!

The communication was excellent! The location was superb! Lucca is my future home, and until I move, Antica Residenza del Gallo will be the only place where I will want to stay. Thank you!

Great location, helpful staff, clean, good breakfast.

The staff was exceptionaly friendly

Beautiful, very clean, host was magnificent and helpful and the breakfast was fabulous with everything from fruit to home made patties! We loved our stay here!

Location-wise, it could not be more ideal. It is incredibly close to the Via Francigena, making it the perfect sanctuary to slip into after a long day of walking. Despite its accessibility, the property is remarkably quiet. There is zero street noise, just pure tranquility that lets you actually unwind and reset. The communication from the host was exceptional from start to finish—clear, proactive, and completely effortless. Inside the room, the attention to detail shines. The bed is exceptionally comfortable, Katerina was a wonderful host, full of restaurant suggestions and information and their little dog Tina was so sweet.

location great- in centre of Lucca. Came by car and they guided me by phone through the narrow tourist street to hotel and from hotel- no prober

Nice location, close to everything! Awesome staff: always ready to help!

The hotel was a really nice experience. Well decorated, stylish, large rooms... very nice and helpful people. It was a dream. Really enjoyed.

Delightful stay. Beautiful boutique hotel with lots of charm, a terrific breakfast, and a staff that took excellent care of us during our stay. We'll be back.

The receptionist were unbelievably helpful and kind supporting me and my wife when we have felt sick. We have changed our itinerary and stayed one additional night. They have made it clear asu and comfortable. Extraordinary hospitality!!

Location, location, location! Staff were excellent, room was huge and breakfast was fantastic.

The hotel accommodated for our late arrival outside regular check-in hours. Staff were friendly and helpful. The city centre is just a short walk away.
