the room is clean also the toilets clean and the balcony it’s spacious so its more room, and also the staff are good.

Cristina in housekeeping was amazing, so was Laura in the restaurant as well as the lady with ginger hair in the restaurant and at breakfast time, and the reception staff all amazing thanks.

Hotel location , It’s 15 min walking to metro

Best location, not in the city center but very close to metro and bus station stop. Very clean and tide and very professional staff. I have to mention Alexandra, the girl that was making coffee was so nice and pleasant. She even remembered how do we like the coffee and had it perfect each time.

Everything! Comfy and clean rooms, nice and helpful staff, shuttle bus to the nearest metro station, tasty Italian style breakfast, and good location for the business district of Rome.

The customer service was exceptional! The food was delicious and amazing! The location was good. The grounds itself was just beautiful, fancy, unique and luxurious. The breakfast was GREAT. 10/10! I would stay here again and recommend everyone to just book and not even think about it. You won’t be disappointed! 😁

The hotel is also very clean, and the housekeeping team does a fantastic job maintaining the rooms and common areas. The hot breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of fresh options to start the day. The reception staff was professional and welcoming, always ready to assist. A special thanks to Mr. Alic, who was incredibly helpful and supportive throughout my stay. His hospitality truly made a difference! We were so excited when we arrived and entered our room, only to discover that the balcony door was not functioning properly. We immediately went to the front desk, and they quickly resolved the issue by offering us an upgrade to a different room. The staff was incredibly helpful, and the hotel had a warm and inviting atmosphere. Its prime location near a shopping mall and both airports was very convenient. The rooms were spacious and had everything a guest could need. The hotel was spotless, and we especially enjoyed the lovely terrace. Parking was a breeze, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning. A big thank you to the staff!

I had a fantastic stay! The location is ideal, with several bus stations nearby that make it easy to reach the city center. The rooms are spacious and exceptionally clean.
