The staff is very friendly and was always accommodating and informative. We felt so comfortable there and appreciated the cleanliness and size of our room very much. It is a fantastic location for couples or families traveling to Florence. If we ever are lucky enough to go back to Florence, we would definitely stay here again. Wow such an amazing place to visit, probably better in the cooler climate to visit the vast and incredible gardens. You can easily spend the whole day here visiting the palace and the gardens. Go early in the morning or even the day before to book your ticket.

For me, this wasn't as interesting as Uffizi Galleria, so if you only have to go to one, go to Uffizi. However, I bought the combined ticket, which meant that for 38 euro, I could go to the Uffizi, Pitti Palace, and Boboli Gardens within a three-day period, so it was worth it for that. Best parts? Royal apartments are amazing of course, more for the decor than for the art they contain. Modern gallery was my favorite section for art. Worst? The paintings are hung all over the walls, sometimes very high up near the ceiling, sometimes catching bad glares from the windows or lights. This makes it difficult to appreciate them. Also, don't waste your time with their cafe. Their service is awful--I waited 30 minutes and no one EVER took my order--and also overpriced. You're better off eating in the square surrounding the palace.

Make sure your ticket specifies the gardens, palace, or both. The choices weren’t clear, compelling a return to the ticket booth for palace tickets after touring the gardens. Great views of the city from the gardens.

Location was good, across from Pitti palace, were you can spend a full day in the museum and gardens for a reasonable price. The main part of Florence is only a 10 minute walk.
What a wonderful location! This flat is located in between the Pitti Palace and Ponte Vecchio making each an easy walk.
I was concerned about finding the property given what street view looked like, but the directions provided day of were very detailed and led me right to where I needed to be.
Apartment was well apportioned (the coffee for the French press was very much appreciated). The bedroom is a little hard to maneuver in, but the main room had plenty of room to manage traveling with a family of four.
We are a family of four with two teens, so having three bathrooms was great. The air conditioning was important as well, due to a heat wave. The location next to the Pitti Palace and short walk to Ponte Vecchio and city center was great. We didn’t use the kitchenette other than refrigerator, but it was handy. We liked having an iron and ironing board.
Great location very close to the Pitti Palace and a bunch of restaurants and bars. Very spacious and having a full kitchen plus a laundry machine was amazing. The host was very friendly and helpful!
The property is in a great location! Beautiful view of the Pitti Palace. The room was comfortable and spacious. There was a common area that was inviting and had snacks, coffee and tea options. The staff was friendly and so helpful!
