Very helpful and nice staff, excellent location

The staff were very helpful with all our requests. The room was very clean, spacious and comfortable and the food was high quality, geat selection and tasty.

We had a lovely little apartment with a cute balcony in either end. It was very clean and comfortable. A great size.

It was on our route and available . Check in was advertised very early compared to others.

Simple rooms. Small park for the children to play immersed in the green of this area. Continental breakfast.

This hotel was a wonderful place to stay. The young family who run it are renovating the bedrooms and doing a beautiful job of it. We had such a kind and warm welcome. Excellent supper and breakfast. Such a peaceful spot too. It would make a super base for exploring the area. Excellent walking all around.

A beautiful hotel where clearly a lot of thought has gone into the details making it and excellent experience. Staff were all clearly enthusiastic about their establishment and work and couldn’t do enough for you. Everyone we met was extremely polite and engaging…top marks, making this a memorable stay.

Exceptionally clean place with a staff that is outstanding on every level in every position from the safe shuttle driver to cleaning staff, the management and restaurant staff. Every human interaction we had was a joy-and I am really fussy. Just go, it is a true gem. spa was perfect too! Thank you

Everything was nice (actually exceeded our expectations). Even though our stay was a bit off-season and in the middle of the week the very kind staff did an excellent job of making us feel very welcome. At least during the off-season there aren't that many services near by, but you can find nice restaurants etc. only a couple of minutes drive away. For us this was a skiing trip and turns out the lift from Rastello (about a 10 minute drive) was perfect and took us directly up to the slopes of Artesina/Prato Nevoso.

We enjoyed the ambiance of the hotel. The breakfast was really good and with nice Jazz music. Rooms are also clean. The hotel staff is very friendly.

All the staff, including the owner, Roberto, were very good. And Roberto has a great sense of humour. The food was also very good, and regional. Excellent access to the other facilities in town, and to walks in the surrounding countryside.
