Gorgeous hotel in a perfect location. Rooms are well appointed with great views of Osaka. Food is a bit overpriced in Smoke & Spin but perhaps to be expected given caliber of hotel. Cocktails are good & a nice way to end a day of sightseeing in a busy city. Lovely staff. Would definitely stay again.

The location is at the center of the Namba area, we were only 5 min away from all the adjacent main streets. there are 24-hr restaurants, convenient stores and supermarkets nearby hence perfect for young travellers who like night life. This is a family trip for us. The room has a big living space and an open kitchen, perfect for us to make breakfast by ourselves in the morning.

Staff are very helpful, all can communicate well and provide good information in English. Room is clean and quiet. Bathroom is as nice as a spa. Buffet breakfast has plenty of choices for both Asian and western travellers. Excellent location, walking distance to lots of shops and restaurants. Easy access to subway and train station. Highly recommend this hotel.
