Very helpful frontline team, english-speaking and they would find ways to ensure needs are met. Due to the typhoon, we missed 2 nights of our reservation and the staff gave clear instructions on how we can get a refund. We will definitely stay in this hotel again. The kids’ room was also absolutely a plus. The common area also provides unlimited water, coffee etc.
