Everything. The amenities, free coffee, sweets, sleeping gowns, laundry area and free ice. The room was by far the best hotel we had during our Japan trip. The location was also great. It’s near the bus stop and train station! Plus there is a nearby temple - Toji Temple. 10/10 will recommend and will rebook again. 🇳🇿

Extremely clean with enough kitchen amenities. You can also get toaster etc and toiletries from the front desk free of charge. Luggage transfer was swift (using Yamato). Very good location (close to Kyoto Station, very close to Aeon Mall) buy also very quiet neighborhood. Staff was very helpful and kind. Room was homelike with a small tatemi corner.

Location, very helpful and friendly staff. I was even able to purchase all day bus/metro passes at the hotel and the front desk person called a taxi for us as well. Our studio was spacious, comfortable and had a large bathroom.
