This was my third stay at this hotel. The property is in an excellent location, steps away from Shimbashi station which has multiple lines. Also very close to great restaurants and walking distance from Ginza shopping district. The staff were very friendly and helpful, checking in and out were super easy. I would recommend the Sotetsu chain of hotels.

Small hotel as expected in Tokyo. Room was comfortable and location was great. Only 15 min walk to Tokyo station for Shinkansen etc. Room was quiet and comfortable

Good location, very clean and nice location

Staff were incredibly friendly, and their excellent English made communication effortless. The location was also very convenient, with a 7-Eleven and a drugstore just steps away.

Everything was exceptional — the staff were incredibly attentive and kind, the room was luxurious and perfectly maintained, and the location couldn’t have been better. The small details, like the welcome tea service and the evening turndown, made the stay feel truly special.

The rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. The beds and showers are so comforting after a long day of sightseeing. The hotel is also very quiet so you get a good night sleep. All in all a very comfy hotel with a great location to the JR line, the subway, shopping and fab restaurants. Big thanks to Choto who helped us check in early after a long flight. He really made our first day by doing this and recommending a great omakase sushi dinner. Also kudos to the hotel for being willing to send us back our computer charger after we forgot it in the room after check out! We really appreciate it.

Location, staff attitude, traditional, rooms are perfect size, clean, generally it is perfect.
