Overall, the hotel was great. Rooms are quite big. We had the view of the park. Toiletries and PJs were provided. I personally loved that it’s one station away from Nagoya Station so I don’t have to deal with the crowds (I try to avoid this stn 😊). Staff were courteous and helpful. Loved our stay here. We will definitely choose to stay here again :)

What a luxurious stay. From the walk in to the the elevator, up to the lobby, to the view overlooking the city at the reception, to the amazing view from our room itself, we can say little more than “Wow!” Everything felt upscale, and comfortable, and well sized for two people. We stayed on the 28th floor; slept and woke up to the city of Nagoya. The gym was nice to use, as was the sauna and the laundry facilities.

Very nice hotel. It was the first hotel room in Japan that had decent lighting options (the name of this hotel is perfectly chosen). Also the walls were thicker than usually in Japanese Hotels, so that I could sleep without earplugs. Everything inside the room was carefully placed and it was very relaxing to sit on the little "couch". Even if the room was small, they were enough space for all my luggage to be placed in a tidy maner. The shower was great, too! The café/lounge area between the bookshelves was very cozy. The free welcome drink to try that area out was a nice touch. The staff was young and friendly. :)

Great location. Plenty of retail and restaurants around Kanayama station. Close to parking and car hire companies. There's also a Family Mart just outside the ground floor entrance. Hotel was clean and spacious. No issues.

Great location - very close (easily walkable ~5 min) to Kanayama Station and easy to find. Rooms were clean and comfortable, and quite spacious compared to other places we stayed in Japan. Breakfast was about average. We enjoyed that it was included, but probably wouldn't have paid extra for it.

The location is great, close to Kanayama station, if you catch the Meitetsu line express trains from Chubu central international airport, you don't need to change the train. The room is spacious, considering how small Japan’s accommodation can be. We are two adults and two children shared in one room.

Fairly close to Kanayama station. Small, but not super-tiny, like others in the franchise. Very decent value for money, if you only require a room to sleep in. Breakfast and the like, you have to leave the hotel to find.

This hotel is located right across the street from Kanayama station which makes it very easy for travel via several train lines. The room was very comfortable, clean, well appointed. Loved being able to do laundry on property and being able to keep track of the machine’s availability via the TV. The breakfast each day was wonderful and full of a variety of foods with great hours. Loved being able to use the library to visit with our friends as well as having drinks available during the day. The staff was very helpful and friendly as well.
