everything, from the staff, the aminities, the room, information inside the room, the restaurant, the vibes... the dinner and of course the netflix. it is so good and value of money with the room so suitable. super satisfied

Open-air onsen was awesome. Staff allowed us to leave luggage early. Overall, we've got what we wanted. The location is a bit off, but we usually had dinner in the town and then rode on the last bus to reach the hotel.

Great hospitality, the owners were very nice and helpful. Room is cozy, clean and well equipped with river view and shinkyo bridge view from the window. Breakfast and dinner snack were delicious. Location is great- very close to bus stop no. 7 (shinkyo bridge) and the shrines. Thank you for hosting us!

Great location, staff was super helpful. full dinner had a wide variety of options with beer and sake on tap. Staying in the Tatake room is in a separate building with an old entranceway and basic facilities - price was cheap in alignment with this type of stay (without dogs). 3 pools - you'll find the appropriate temp for your taste Staff was very considerate

Shower and soaking tub on the balcony is the move! Excellent water pressure and temperature. Nice empty fridge. Friendly staff. Hold your key for you. Serenity.

View was incredible, nice resultant downstairs

Hotel Iroha was exactly what I was looking for- ryokan traditional tatami beds, onsen facilities, good WiFi, clean rooms/restroom, and on the bus routes to all of Nikko’s iconic waterfalls/nature sights. The owners/hosts were the kindest lady/gentleman pair- and so helpful with check-in, directions, and onsen usage. Can’t recommend enough for a local stay in Nikko.

With no doubt, the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in Japan. The facilities and location are top-notch. You cannot go wrong with this hotel.

Very accommodating all the staff plus free breakfast

Clean , nice , comfortable and modern

The room was a decent size and the proximity to cafes and the train stations, excellent. Staff were exceptional and accommodated our various requests. We drove a hire car and parking was ample. Parking was an additional ¥500 a day but that was expected. Breakfast was thrown in for hotel guests and was completely adequate. The hotel also runs a free shuttle bus service to its sister hotel which has a choice of western style restaurants if the hotel's Japanese restaurant is not for you. There is also an outdoor onsen to relax those tired muscles after checking out the local and surrounding attractions. Overall, no complaints from me. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This place is amazing -- luxurious yet comfortable. The staff was wonderful. Our room was perfect, as was the ensuite onsen bath, and the food was delicious. We loved our time at Fufu Nikko!

Room is very clean, comfortable and nice. Breakfast is good. Madhav and all staff are very nice and helpful. I love onsen here. The place is among natural, nearby the river. I would like to visit again.

Funky traditional place, great location for our wants

The staff was DARLING! They were very selfless and extremely accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed. Gorgeous views, scenic routes, everything for a calm and relaxing trip!

Everything was great! The hosts were extremely friendly. The room was very spacious, and the beds were super comfy. The location is only 13 min away from Edo Wonderland if you are walking. And also pretty close to the starwberry farm.
