Location is right in the middle of most of Kyoto's main attractions. The room is quite spacious with large enough table to eat or use as office space. They provide toiletries, pyjamas, and 'customizable' house keeeping. Free newspapers. Free regular shuttle bus to central subway station + lots of food and convenience stores. Reliable access to taxis (never had to wait for one while there).

Best moment to stay here, we can stay together as a family of 6 , we can chat together in the dining room after a long walk . All of the area are clean , all of the kitchen stuff are clean. We really satisfied stay here. We definitely will stay here again

Very friendly and helpful staff. The location is central and easy to access the subway. Really enjoyed using the lounge which had afternoon tea and drinks available!
