We loved our stay! We booked the tatami room with mountain view - the room was very comfortable and the view was amazing! We also enjoyed our kaiseki dinner (with beautiful sunset views) and buffet breakfast. And don't skip the baths and onsen!

The facilities were clean and well equipped, including a pool and hot springs. I stayed with a friend's family, but the children were delighted to have the rooms next to each other and to be able to connect the doors in the room. The room was spacious and clean, and I was able to relax. Above all, the staff were kind and wonderful.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. There was a lot of services and things to do at the hotel. The hotel was a little bit far away, but there was bus and taxi available to train station.

We loved the japanese traditional tatami sleeping set up. The pillows n quilt made me felt like i was sleeping on clouds. The free coffee corner with of micro wave oven was great. The chocolate drink was really good.
