This is an apartment hotel, like having your own apartment rather than just a hotel room. Much larger than a similarly-priced traditional hotel; includes tamami/futons and two beds. Like your own apartment, there is a kitchen, washing machine, and large TV. If you want to cook for yourself, everything is provided and there is a nearby grocery store. If not, there is a mall with many restaurant options. Close enough to Kyoto station to walk, but far enough away to be quiet. English spoken by all. Very happy we chose this place.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! It’s less than 10 min walk to the Kyoto station and about a minute walk from the convenience store. There are lots of great restaurants in the area and everything is walking distance! We absolutely loved the vibe of the hotel. It was fun to read at the end of the night and sit in the library. They also show different short films at the end of the night. This hotel has a luxury hostel vibe. Really really loved it! The staff were also soooo nice!

My daughter and I are travelling on vacation. The breakfast was excellent with lots of hot and cold choices. They have Western, Japanese food, fresh juices, coffee, latte, capuccino & espresso selections. They have vegetarian options too. I had dinner at a BBQ restaurant close to the hotel and the food was delicious and affordable. Nate at the front desk helped us order a taxi to the Kyoto station. He was very personable and gave us helpful information. Would come back.

My wife and I really love the location and the breakfast of this hotel. It was just next to Kyoto Station, not only the public transport hub of Kyoto but also a shopping and eating hub too, I'd say, because of the *huge* and modern development there. The quality of the food offered in the breakfast was also superb. The room size was generous by Japan standard although it was something we travellers always wish for more. The room was clean and all the facilities were fantastic.

The room was spacious for a Japan hotel, beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was very spacious and modern. We also enjoyed the fitness room and public bath. The fitness room was very updated and clean and it was nice how the hotel TV gave us a crowd meter for the public bath. It was also right across the street from Kyoto Station and they were also able to hold our luggage when we checked out so that we can explore before we had to leave for our train.

The hotel has a perfect location: two minutes walk from the Kyoto Station, one minute from 7-Eleven. The room was quite big (by Japan standards), comfortable and quiet. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Last but not least: there was a mobile phone charger in the room that fits Japanese sockets.

Nice hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. The Japanese style buffet breakfast was very good. Great location - only a few minutes walk from Kyoto station and about 30 minute walk to Gion and Pontocho (or a quicker train ride from Kyoto station)
