Everything is clean, modern and works like they are supposed to. Balcony is a surprise. Great location for exploring Daimyo/Tenjin. They store luggage with tag, unlike other hotels.

We had an amazing panoramic view of the city from our room on the 15th floor. Loved the location in the heart of Tenjin with direct access to the Chikagai underground shopping mall. Room was a good size.

Our family of three stayed here and found the bed spacious enough and the room very comfortable. The check-in process was easy, and check-out was even easier at ground floor, entrance with a tablet. Everything in the hotel felt new and clean, and the location was great — close to tourist attractions and within walking distance to Tenjin and Daimyo, even with a young child. The water bottles and the bathroom amenities were fully provided. The hotel didn’t have many facility amenities like a fitness center or front desk — but that was totally fine. Although it’s slightly outside the busy Tenjin area, the neighborhood was quiet, which made our stay even better and felt local vibe as well.
