Great Hotel, super friendly staff and quick check-in and check-out procedures (even when it’s crowded and fully booked). I had an awesome view over the harbor from the upper level and it was really quiet. What I really liked was the fact that you could choose your own pillow and aroma scent for a good nights sleep. What an awesome idea. The breakfast was very good too. Thank you for everything and see you again soon, Hakodate.

The location was great! Everything that we was looking to do was either walking distance or a short cab ride away. We got there and was greeted and assisted by Goro! She was amazing!!

It is right above the Hakodate train station, and is so convenient when arriving by train. It's also centrally located, and near shops and the morning market. The pillow library was great, giving plenty of choice of different types of pillows for your own choice of comfort. The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable, with plenty of amenities in the room. The staff were very friendly, and helpful making the stay enjoyable.
