Hotels near Naoshima Ferry Terminal, Kagawa

Everything. Not a single defect. Japanese luxury at its best. Worth every penny. Staff was remarkable too. As was everything really.

The yurts themselves were lovely, dinner was great, the location is amazing, and the staff were always helpful and friendly!

Amazing position really clean and close to what you need to see

I like everything about this hotel, but especially the location and the view. It’s a 15-20 minute walk to the station, so it’s a bit quieter, which I prefer. You can see the sea and race track from all rooms :-)

The best hostel experience I've ever had. -The shared bathrooms were so clean and had everything you need (shampoo, conditioner, hairdrier, towels) They were also so roomy and pretty. -The staff was so welcoming and helpful! Since my room was right next to the air purifyer (which was kinda loud during the night) I kindly asked them if they could put it on silent mode and she was so understanding and did so! - I stayed for two nights and I was provided with a new set of towels,pyjamas and slippers. Also when returning from a long day at Naoshima it's so nice to come back to a cleaned room:D - The hotel is also not even 5 mins away from the ferries and the main station. Very convenient for sure:)!!! -They also give you a free pass to use their onsen and in the shared kitchen there's tea, snacks, and water. So comfy.

Room was relativly big for japanese hotels. Ozean view was great, we had a room on 10 the floor. Everything was clean and they had all the small things you exspect like toothbrush, pajamas, coffee/tea set. We just stayed for one night so it was very convient that the hotel is directly in fromt of Takamatsu station and the ferry pier.

All things was very good, the room, the service (especialy the girl that I was attended)... Anyway, all things perfect.

Great hotel, super clean, great Italian restaurant attached (book ahead), good location (Benesse just a 5 min cycle away). Hotel can liaise with bike shop at the port and which means you can leave your luggage at the bike shop as you get off the ferry and get cycling while they deliver it to the hotel later. They were also happy to collect the bikes once we left from the hotel. All super easy.

Great place to stay in Tamano after returning from Naoshima, and perfect for an early departure the next morning to your next destination. Located just 600 meters from Uno Station and 400 meters from the ferry terminal. Modern property, with an excellent restaurant on the ground floor serving very good Japanese cuisine. Above all, the place is clean, the staff is extremely courteous, and the rooms are comfortable. Laundry facilities are available on the second floor.

This is my favorite hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The cool art installations, decor, and meticulously thought-out design are amazing. In the lobby and common areas, you can find exquisite antiques—carefully selected for their design—available for purchase, as well as original nightwear. The room is spotless, and the bed is huge, incredibly comfortable, and spacious. It is also located within a five-minute walk of the ferry terminals for Naoshima and Teshima, and sits right in the heart of the area with the highest concentration of restaurants and bars. The host is a very kind and friendly woman who provided wonderful hospitality :) I will definitely be back!

I was welcomes by the staff as soon as I passed the door and they were the nicest. From randomly upgrading my room, to offering a free drink in the accomodation's bar upon arrival, to offering me a mandarine at dinner. Truly the nicest people. The accomodation is in a walkable distance to the pier, and right in front of the beach. The wood interiors are super cozy and the view from the windows is breathtaking. In an island with no convenience stores and few restaurants, they have just enough options at the cafe to grab a meal. Also has a lovely terrace with a view to the sea.

I like it that the room is a self-contained unit with its own toilet and washing basin. Guests in the guesthouse have to schedule their time of using the shared shower/bath. This is a good system, ensuring everyone can take a bath at the time they want without waiting for others to finish. I also like that the room is very clean. The price includes breakfast. The host was very nice, giving us extra bread for our onward journey.

Clean and comfy with a really friendly owner who went above and beyond to help us, including drying our shoes after a really wet day hiking on the Shikoku 88. Breakfast was simple but really tasty. Very good location to stay after visiting temple 82, as well.

Fantastic facilities and convenience for accessing temples on the Shikoku 88 pilgrimage (similar to feel to an alberque in Spain). Host was so welcoming and explained all the facilities, which were great - full bathroom, laundry and kitchen facilities. I didn't use the kitchen, and ate at a local okonomiyaki place (the host walked me there to make sure all was ok). Price included breakfast, and I was able to leave my pack there while I went out walking, collecting it later in the day.
