The location is prime, and the staff provided impeccable service. It's close to 2 stations, and they have a vending machine inside the building as well. They allow you to keep your baggage prior to exploring.

Great location, clean room, comfortable bed and room size, staff are friendly and helpful, car parking is convenient.

The location was close to Sakae shopping and the Nagoya tower. And there was a ramen shop across the street that was open when others were closed for the New Year holidays, so it was helpful.

Not so much choices for breakfast

Its location was near the train station. All staff were super helpful, kind, professional - but the entire Japan has excellent customer support. Always 12/10

First of all, I would like commend this hotel's staff, especially the tall man with grey hair (I am so sorry I didn't get your name). He was SOOOOOOOO helpful with our airport transfer dilemma (there was a miscommunication with another staff regarding Yamato Luggage service and we ended up having supposed to bring 5 BIG LUGGAGES to Chubu Centrair). He assisted us in booking a taxi from the hotel going to the airport. He even assisted us loading our luggages to the taxi. And true to Japan's hospitality, he and another staff waited for us to drive away and bowed. So, ARIGATO GOZAIMASU to you sir.

Location wise its quite near to attractions.

Very clean, value for money and the onsen was great! Location is convenient to sakae and the airport bus. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We stayed over the weekend and we had a great sleep.

Good location near Donki Shopping places, Room was nice. Have free water and ice for guests

The breakfast was incredible! We loved the secret doors and the private access to the viewing platform of the tower. The welcome tea and sweets were the best ones we had on the trip. Staff were absolutely incredible. We had checked out, we were waiting at the elevator and it started to rain. A staff came running with an umbrella for us.

Nice staff, stylish place and great location. I really enjoyed the variety of the amenity bar. Many places around for breakfast and food. Just 5 min walk to the underground.
