I got the private barh with my wife for 3300 yen. It was awesome! A dream come true. You can also choose a yukata to wear during your stay there. There are a lot of cute restaurants and shops connected to the hotel. I loved staying here :)

We booked the Toyoko Inn as it was a convenient location for the train station. It turned out to be a great choice. Service was great, the room was bigger than expected, had all the usual amenities and had a really good shower. There is breakfast and it was good with quite a few options to choose from. There is also a laundry and a tumble dryer, which came handy. Lot of small shops and restaurants around. Had a great time and would use again!

The property is very close to the Hakone shrine and the cruise. There is also a bus station next to the Lawson a little across the street too that took me to Odawara station and the Open Air Museum. I booked a double room for 1 person with a private bathroom and shower. It was my comfiest and favorite stay of my Japan trip.

Fantastic hotel with lots of history. Unfortunately we were only there for one night but would have loved to stay longer. My son and I stayed in Garden Twin which was a large room with beautiful views. We had a lovely meal in the Japanese restuarant. Due to the hill to the station we took the Bus direct to Odawara station which was very simple with no changes. Highly recommend

The location of this hotel is unbeatable! The view of Lake Ashinoko and Mt. Fuji was so beautiful & serene. Additionally, we were traveling by train for this trip, and we were really delighted that there was a free shuttle service to & from Odawara station.

We had the private villa, it was spaceous and located in a beautiful area. There was both and indoor and outdoor private onsens for us to use as well as the public ones available at the ryokan. It was a good location that's easy to reach from Odawara station.

The setting on Lake Ashi was ideal. The buffet breakfast and dinner were phenomenal. Dinner included unlimited alcohol- wine, beer, liquor. Our room was amazing with a balcony with a view of the lake. You could walk to the Ropeway or a small town. We got a free shuttle from Odawara Station to hotel. The Onsen and massages were amazing.

We throughly enjoyed our stay at Hakone Hostel 1914! The bed was very comfortable and the room was really clean, there was also free tea and coffee which we appreciated. Kana is an amazing host, she went above and beyond to help us, when we checked out I had left my earrings in the hostel and Kana drove all the way to Odawara station to return them to me.

The location is breathtaking! The overlook to the mountains and lakes is surreal. The location is also very close to the ropeway. The rooms were spacious and a lot of nice amenities like pajamas, kimonos, slippers, and skincare were provided. The staff were incredibly attentive. The onsen was kept very clean was relaxing. Our only suggestions would be 1) more purely vegetarian options at dinner and 2) Dedicated bus back to Odawara station.
