New room ,Good location , Good breakfast

Excellent hotel ! I love it ! Amazing service ! Breakfast is exceptional

The room is standard with Japan hotel The location is perfect for us. We requested a higher floor with the view of the mall downstairs. The bathroom is spacious and very modern. Good linen and comfortable bed. Will definitely stay there again.

Delicious and wide variety of breakfast options. You can get the breakfast voucher on days when you feel like dining in the hotel, not necessary need to book with breakfast in advance. Huge thanks to a lady receptionist whom i didn't get her name, she help me to call in to a hotpot place to cancel my online reservation due to a change of plans. Love the room lighting controls, dimmable lighting for window and bedside to set the mood before bedtime. I was blown me away by the alarm clock with the adjustable red needle which click on every 5/10 minutes precision. The sofa area with the round table is the best spot to relax, dine and pack stuff after each day. Not forgetting the water dispenser in the toilet and the water carafe at the bar corner, ultimate convenience. Room is cleaned daily and towels replaced/topped up

Hotel is in a great location, near everything and with direct access to Canal City shopping mall.

great facilities, alway looks and smells clean and new. Location is great

The semi onsen and the rooms are bigger than typical. also the room view was nice since there was a shrine beside the hotel. Also they provided umbrella when it rain. the front desk was also 24 hrs, we did arrive very late at night. there were also lockers where you can leave your luggage before checkin and after checkout which was nice since we were able to leave our heavy luggages after checkout and roam around the area since our flight was around 8pm.

There are great loval food infront of the hotel

Facilities including washing machine. Clean and tidy

The location of this apartment was great! It was easy to walk to the Canal City Mall and Hakata Station. The washing machine and the kitchen were welcomed additions. The building didn't allow luggage delivery, but there was a Yamato Transport office located nearby that was an easy detour on our walk from Hakata.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful to us throughout our stay. The view of the river was incredible.

the sauna and cold plunge was worth it, the hotel was very clean.

The location and the gallery of the hotel was awesome
