Hotels near Sannomiya Station, Kobe

All the staff we encountered were so nice and kind. Super clean facilities and the convenience. We got off from the airport limousine bus, the hotel is 5 minutes walk. Lawson the convenience store is located right next to the hotel.

Very modern, sits within the train station. We stayed in 18sqm queen room, compact, elegant but not expensive!

My friend was in a bad condition during the day, the staff kindly took care of us, and also offered us hourly room to take a good rest. Many thanks to their care, we had a good recovery and enjoyed the rest of the journey!

The hotel is about 5 minutes away from the station so getting there was a breeze. Check-in and check-out were painlessly simple. The staff were so extremely friendly, even though I spoke almost 0 Japanese. The complimentary breakfast was well stocked and satisfying. I've read complaints about the room size and honestly as a solo traveller of 180cm, it was not an issue. The room was super comfortable and the washroom was adequate. Honestly the perfect place if you're planning to stay in and explore Kobe.

The sento was great! The view from the top floor is outstanding. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There always seemed to be someone on shift with good English making my time much easier.

Breakfast was a nice spread with plenty of options, Spacious rooms, excellent front desk and housekeeping staff. Front desk helped send a watch I left at the hotel to my next hotel, really helpful.

Very clean, easy self-check-in, good breakfast, amenities to use as needed, great bathroom and shower with clothesline, nice view of city, good lighting, simple self-use luggage hold.

Very close to 7 eleven and restaurants and station/ bus transits. Majority of the staff can speak very well English. The laundry room is very convenient.

Pleasantly surprised by the quality of customer service and cleanliness. Everything was satisfactory. We asked for a quiet room and they delivered.

Clean, separate toilet and bathtub is a good design. Location is few minutes walk from Sannomiya station and it's a business area, so it's quiet at night.
