I like the foreign female staff member who can speak English. She is very good, and she responds to all of my requests. This is excellent.

The staff were friendly and accommodating. When we were checking out, we needed a cart to help take all our luggage down so I called front desk and they sent over a staff with a cart immediately who loaded all our luggage for us and put them in my car. The bed was very comfortable and the rooms were nice with a touch of Japanese essence. We ate dinner at the buffet on the first floor which was also excellent. It's great to have facilities inside the hotel especially on cold Niigata days. If I stay again, I would use their gym facilities which looked well equipped.

When I booked this hotel i honestly didn't think I'd be getting such amazing value. Beautiful hotel with plenty of facilities such as bar and several restaurants. The room was a little dated but were completely well maintained and comfortable. The hotel itself is about a 10 minute walk from Niigata station. Staff were extremely helpful and attentive, greeting and helping everyone upon check in.

It was during Fantasy On Ice 2023 peak period. They have arrange lobby reception for us to store our luggages until we are allowed to check in. Very thoughtful of them.

Some of the friendliest staff I’ve met in Japan — so patient, kind, and always smiling. I used this as a regular hotel, and as a non-Japanese speaker, the staff couldn’t have been kinder. I just needed a bit more space to sort my luggages, and for that, this was way better value than the tiny business hotel rooms around. Just keep in mind it’s a love hotel, so some things are a bit different from regular hotels.
