- the location was perfect. Yongsan is calm and not so touristy. The hotel is located next to a metro stop and there are lots of nice restaurants nearby - the bed and pillows were comfy and the housekeeping was always very good - the room was big enough and the bathroom was pleasant. Good shower, nice separate toilet and sink separated by a wall - would definitely recommend this hotel to people and we hope to visit the hotel again

The staff was incredibly helpful and professional. Everyone was well-prepared and attentive to every detail. They went above and beyond to make my stay unforgettable. They assisted me with a difficult reservation at a local place I had always wanted to visit. Thanks to their help, I managed to book a spot at a restaurant that’s usually hard to reach without a Korean SIM card. Their support truly made a difference in my experience. They exceeded all my expectations in terms of service and hospitality. I felt genuinely welcomed and cared for throughout my stay. Their kindness and efficiency made everything smooth and stress-free. I would wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking for exceptional service.

The hotel is still in renovation but we had a great time. The room has very fancy high tech but unfortunately didn’t have a TV but there was an extension harm mounted for it, so I think soon they also provide a modern one. The customer service was absolutely lovely and they provided for us vegan breakfast every morning. They really try hard to make the customers comfortable and happy. In addition, there is at the first floor two super modern expensive washing machines and drivers that also were free, so we washed all our clothes in very short time. The hotel in conveniently located near Itaewon, where you can find lots little cafes, restaurants and vintage shops. They don’t have a lift so please keep in mind to have a little bit of exercise when you go up and down, but was really good for us to maintain our fitness! Also there is 24hrs downstairs a coffee machine. They will open a restaurant in about two weeks but we will miss out so hopefully next year if we return they will serve for us also delicious vegan fancy dinner! :-)

Location! Less than 10 mins walk to the station. The airport bus drops you off and picks up from across the hotel. Public buses are also across the rd. 7/11 on either side of hotel. Many food options to choose from, also coffee shops near by. Would recommend this hotel/area.

It was a great place! Friendly staff, good rooms. Everything you could need was provided. Location was also very good, metro nearby. It was great to be in korea ans have a good place to stay i feel very happy!!

Clean spaces. The ground floor has microwave and coffee and coffee with cream and sugar and hot/cold water. There were also some cosmetics products. Hair straightener. Some chargers. Water in the fridge and some local drinks. Nice person on the phone, as there is no real person at the check in.

Great location, great value for money

The hotel is very close to the main central station. The room is basic but clean, and the bathroom as well. The neighbourhood is safe and vibrant, with several restaurants nearby. There is a metro station very close to the hotel, and the central station can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot. The lady at the reception only speaks korean, but is very helpful. The toilet is clean

Very large and spacious room. Nice to have a full sized fridge and washing machine in the room. Very comfortable bed. Close to Yongsan station, very convienient. Walking distance to alot of restraunts and shops. Fantastic hotel.

Beautiful view from the lobby. Would have loved to eat at the restaurant but understand it was reserved for the fireworks festival. Room was a great size, very clean and comfortable.
