The bed was extremely comfortable and the room were clean and spacious. The breakfast may have been the best I ever had in Korea. I would definitely come back again.

I liked everything but i am very un happy because i was supposed to pay just 2 last nights because the rest of the nights i was Samsung's guest . At my astonishment once i checked my bank records i found out that i have been charged for the total amount of the stay. I was Samsung guest , normally i added just 2 more nights on my expenses. Could you please refund me the others nights asap and invoice Samsung just like you did for the rest of the group ?? The rooms and public spaces were impeccably clean. House keeping staff were very friendly and should be acknowledged for their good work. Breakfast was wonderful with good options. Reception and the concierge were also very helpful.
