Good location very close to the subway and buses stop. Recently renovated looks modern is super comfortable. Room is silent and a very good coffee machine is disposable. Breakfast okay not a buffet but with a good menu to choose. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Grand Hyatt Seoul has an ice skating rink and swimming pools. The hotel is surrounded by Namsan Mountain and Han River.

It was a wonderful hotel. The room was big and very convenient, clean, a very good bathroom, towels, all the facilities we needed. Right near the Metro station, everyone where very nice and friendly.

The best hotel I've ever stayed in! I booked this hotel as a treat for final night in South Korea after just over 2 weeks exploring as much as I could in this amazing country. I almost felt disappointed going out in the evening as I had to sacrifice time in my amazing room. I booked a Premier suite and enjoyed the views from my room, the pool and the amazing showers. Plus, the massage chair. I couldn't get out of it for 30 minutes! Not only this, the staff were incredible. So friendly and breakfast service was amazing. It was fantastic to have a final Korean meal and recommendations from the chef cooking your food fresh as you head to their counter.
