All the staff are great and the hotel is super clean. Book a corner room facing the mountain for extra room and great sleep.

The property was central, easy to access metro and bus. The staff were really helpful all the time

Good location for what I needed, and many useful shops and restaurants within walking distance. Also easy to get a taxi whenever I needed. Nice room with everything you need, including two complimentary bottles of water every day. Good bathroom and comfortable bed.

We had a very lovely stay, the location is amazing, lovely staff. We would like to thank Nuri, Diana, heather and the female manager for super service and warm welcome. Will definitely stay at Four points by Sheraton Gangnam when I’m back in Seoul.

Absolutely everything! I have been using this hotel since 2020 and they have been maintaining the high level of facilities and staffs works. And it’s not easy to see for hotel to keep improving their services these day s. We stayed at level 11 with a great view and the two single bed were super comfy with nice crisp bedding. Throughly satisfied with our stay this time again! Also tried the breakfast for the first time and my mum LOVED the variety they serve and the quality of them as well. Highly recommend:)
