Amazing hotel, spacious, luxurious, clean, friendly staff, great facilities. The room was very comfortable and very spacious compared to other hotels in Seoul. We mentioned we were on our honeymoon, so the hotel offered us a bottle of wine and a box of Korean sweets which were delicious. The amenities in the room were excellent. And the view on the Han river and Gangnam is simply gorgeous.

Exceptional. Staff were friendly and helpful. The whole hotel from the entrance to the restaurants and the rooms was just stunning. Food was good for the breakfast and even the in room dining was delightful. Location was great, seems long getting to and from the subway but there are shuttle busses all day to the station and also into Myeongdong. It’s a nice walk also up to N Tower which I done daily.

Exceptionally accommodating staff members who spoke at least 3 languages for diverse visitors. Very friendly and helpful.

Great hotel, attentive staffs, plenty of amenities. Mini bar is free & always replenished every day. Laundry facility available & u can use cash/card. Communal kitchen available where you can refill your water.

Location was perfect. Very close to bus and metro station. Cafes, bakeries, restaurants whether korean or international were all reachable by foot. Staff extremely friendly. Checking in and out was extremely easy. Daily house keeping kept the room clean and tidy, also housekeeping staff was very friendly. The view from our room was directly in front on Namsan Tower and the decor of the room was modern and stylish.

Renovated nice rooms. Just like in the photos. Nice to have the coffee machine. Having read the bad reviews about noice coming from outside I was considering not to book. But I am so happy I booked it. The staff were friendly and rooms clean. There is a building under construction two building away, but I only heard hammering once from there and that was at 10AM. At that time you would probably anyway be out and about in the city. If you wanna stay in Itaewon then this is an excellent option. 300m from the party streets, so no noise from that at night. And a nice view even though the room was not high up.

Hotel clean, staff are very friendly, amenities are extraordinary. Loved everything about this place, close to itaewon busiest street and metro. Highly recommend

This was my second stay at Aiden, as I enjoyed my stay during the first time. The rooms are spacious and modern, as well as clean. The views out the hotel also gets better as you are floored higher! It is also very close to Gangnam Central with easy access via public transport.

i stayed on level5 and have read and was told that it might be noisy due to club but I was never effected by the noise. people were nice and kind too. love to come to visit here again.

The location was perfect for where we wanted to explore in the Sinsa area. It is conveniently located to a subway stop and there are myriad restaurants and shops around. The room was perfectly appointed and very comfortable.

I like the location as it was situated in a quiet and posh neighborhood. Restaurants also serve good food. Room is exceptionally clean.

Clean, comfortable and well located. A little bit away from many of the more touristy areas but well connected and quiet. Great communication and excellent value.
