Hotels near Dongdaemun Gate- Heunginjimun, Seoul

The hotel has everything and it is all excellent, but the staff stood out for their friendliness, helpfulness and professionalism.

All was close to the hotel . And I loved the place !!!

The views of the high floors is amazing. You can see the Seoul Tower. Very well located to the main metro Lines. The matress was really confortable. The hotel is equipped with a coin laundry and dryer which came in handy.

Staffs are very helpful and polite. Location superb for all the public transport especially airport bus which you don’t even need to walk far, just within 20 secs from the hotel building. Check in and check out process are super duper fast and excellent. Highly recommended and we will definitely stay this hotel whenever we back to visit Seoul.

I booked a room at a hotel I've never seen since I visited Seoul. I was so surprised when I checked in! It was so clean and spacious! "I felt the service in the drawer. Everything was prepared!" It was nice to think about it. The staff greeted me brightly and treated me kindly. Thank you. They even offer breakfast. There is even a laundry area on the first floor. It was amazing. The bed was big and soft. On the first floor, the staff provided free canned drinks. The staff guided me. I enjoyed the drink! I would like to stay again when I visit Seoul next time. There are many places to eat around the hotel. It will be a good memory. I will definitely recommend it to others. Thank you!

Clean and cozy, and especially the manager David was very kind. I would definitely stay here again.

The building is old but the hotel on this floor is brand new. Very nice with a lovely common area. The laundry machine and dryer were free to use. We didn't see staff but there was a binder on how to do everything and to reach someone if need be. You can also lock your bags in the hall to go out after you've checked out. There is a special number to get back in to get your bags The beds were large. Two queen size bunk beds with steps not a ladder. The toilet and shower were nice. There were two steps up to get to the shower and toilet. I guess for plumbing reasons. There is a small round table and a bench seat to sit and do work or watch TV. There is also a small desk and pull out stool for doing makeup and drying hair. A very nice setup. The hotel is RIGHT outside a subway exit. Literally steps away. Dongdaemun shopping is really close.

The room was clean and tidy! The kitchen facilities were great!

If you're muslim, there is a halal restaurant called Cherry Garden just beside 7-11. I had such good meals there and resting up at the hotel after the meal was really convenient.

If you want to experience the real Seoul is the right place

New hotel, very clean, comfortable, nice staff, great value for money. The area is not touristic (which is great), it feel like an old, lived-in neighbourhood, very local restaurants around; but super close to the metro, that can get you anywhere in the city.

Great stay for the four nights we had in Seoul. The location made travelling a breeze especially with the public transport spots only a few minutes walk away.

The location is very convenient.
