Clean, great staff, good location

The staff were super helpful and friendly~ Always greeted us when we left and came back! Breakfast was 🔥! The cooking ladies were also sooo sweet! They played with my little girl and she was so comfortable and kept asking to go downstairs to see them 😅 I loved everything!

This hotel is virtually brand new. The staff speak limited English but are lovely and helpful thanks to Papago. Proximity to subway, buses, restaurants, shops, convenience stores and bars

The staff and team were absolutely amazing! I’ve stayed at many hotels, and I have to say, the service here truly stood out. The staff were not only professional but also incredibly welcoming and attentive, making my stay exceptional.

Clean, spacious, well located for Kyung Hee University Suwon, staff very friendly, though command of English language is a bit limited. Good blanket and pillow. Breakfast has a very good selection, some European food and a very good selection of Korean food at low price.

Great location, clean, and the customer service was great even he couldn’t speak English. Open 24hrs. The building seems to be under restoration. The room was very spacious clean and cosy, the bed was amazing but I think the owner has to complete properly the restoration, replacing the floor tiles everywhere and repair the power point of the aircon that apparently wasn’t working. Maybe for this reason the price was very affordable. Anyway, we recommend this place 100%.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Arte. Beautiful room. Spacious and clean. Very modern. Loved it!! We also had a huge terrace!

Everything! My room was so pristine that it felt as if I was the first person to have stayed there. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the freebies on each landing, such as coffee, use of the microwave and so much more, were very welcome. The staff was incredibly helpful. I really can't find any faults with this hotel and would definitely stay here again.
