Reception staff 5 star superior! Speaking good english (that is not common at all in Seoul.) To see people welcoming you with a smile every time you enter the door is priceless. Tyler was very nice to us at check in. We got our room even before 15.00. We also had a free coffee coupon for the bar. They also have a gym. A computer and a printer at your disposal in the hall for free.. Airport bus: 1 minute walk. The room is really nice and very clean. You have coffee, tea, green tea... The bathroom is wonderful and prepared with everything you might need. We really had a pleasant stay and a good sleep. Thank you.

Location and all are exceptional . Recommended for family and business. Nearest area have lot of super markets and other necessary shops to buy the things

The breakfast was our favourite part of our stay!! The buffet selection was excellent! The staff made us feel so welcomed and our room was cleaned everyday. The hotel smells so fresh. And it is convenient to get to the attached mall. We will definitely stay at this hotel again when we come back to Seoul!

The spa is so much fun! So relaxing. The rooms are super comfortable! The roof top is great. Breakfast is good (pay extra) and the evening noodles are very yummy.

The Staff are awesome and helpful. They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and make your stay as lovely as it can be. They always clean your room as well. Excellent laundry service as well. Nice coffee as well.

Clean, comfortable, modern, private, good value for money

Pros: First of all, it was very convenient to get here from the airport. The room was larger than expected, which was great. The welcome drink and the large bathtub were especially impressive. The front desk staff were all very helpful and always willing to assist with anything, and they provided great support when it came to visiting local attractions. I would definitely like to stay here again on my next trip. Cons: Although the check-in time is relatively late,we contacted thechotel in advance and,since it was weekday,we were able to receive complimentary early check-in.
