Excellent hotel, clean, cozy, the best shower there is, everything is very comfortable and neat, I really liked the metro nearby. They also helped me find a charger for my phone and an adapter, a very responsive employee. Thank you! I recommend

Good breakfast, kitchen in room is great

Stunning room! Pretty close to bus stop and subway station but it was also fun walking to nearby shops. There is a 7eleven right downstairs so if we needed a snack we were always sorted.

I was completely satisfied with my stay at Lumia. The room was spacious and had a view of the streets below. Big windows to look out of and that could be opened too. The Air conditioner made no noise and the shower head and spray were magnificent. Nice cupboard space in the bathroom and huge tv and bed. Complimentary water in the fridge was a big plus. I loved how the downstairs foyer had a place where you could sit and eat and there was free tea and coffee and huge bonus had an ice machine you could help yourself too. The staff were outstanding. They were all so very friendly and welcoming and happy to answer any questions. They spoke fantastic English but were also very complimentary and helpful to me when I tried to speak Korean with them. Such warm friendly atmosphere at the hotel with the beautiful kind staff. Thank you to you all. Travelling alone you made my days special with your warm good mornings.

Plenty of restaurant options and only a few hundred meters from Nowon Exit 8. The Area is fun to walk around at night and mot too far from the Lotte Department Store. Just keep in mind this hotel is a little on the tired side - I could never quite get the hang of the sensor on lights , but that could also be user error

The room was spacious, warm and clean. I got everything I would need for my stay: amedities, water and even heat packs for the cold. There was also a kettle, instant coffee and some snacks. The host was super friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my 10-day stay and would definitely come back.
