1. Location is good - in the middle of Mapo station & Gongdeok station (but more close to Mapo station, the closest Mapo station exit got escalator!), with a bus stop right in front of the hotel which got quite a lot of buses. Airport shuttle bus stop is just in front of the hotel. 2. Safety - need to access the lift with hotel room key. 3. They are happy to assist in receiving parcel for me to pick up upon check in. 4. Room is big and equipped with bath tub.

Everything was wonderful. The room is spacious. Everything in it is convenient and well thought out. It's bright. The only thing missing is toothbrushes and toothpaste, which is a bit of an oversight considering the hotel’s level, as these are basic amenities. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

Very friendly and helpful staff at the reception and room cleaning service. The room was very clean and I received 3 bottles of water a day for free. Only 5 mins walk from the nearest metro station.
