The treatment you get in this hotel is just unbeliavable, it is epic. The lobby staff, reception, cleaning staff, boxing coach Ki, Spa treatments, it is impeccable.

Loved the aesthetic of the room. The wooden-theme is so relaxing and pleasing. The bathroom was VERY spacious. The remote control for the TV is the same with the A/C. So cool! a big bath towel is available unlike other the ones I've tried in which they only have small towels like half the length of the big ones. The price for a night was awesome knowing that it's in Gangnam which we all know is expensive. It's near some cafes, small bars and a subway station. The neighborhood is very quiet. You can just drop your key card in the elevator drop-box upon checkout. No need to speak to the staff on shift unless you have something from them.

Excellent hotel, nicely furnished and nice staff. The location is excellent, underground is around 15 minutes walk but buses are at the front door. The room was on offer, but normal price is not cheap.

They don’t have a grand entrance / lobby but the details in the room - it’s probably better than some of those 5 star rated hotels. They have a smart toilet bowl in the room with built in bidet and heated seat. Easy to squeeze shampoos, shower gels etc (I am not sure why is this still not practiced in all hotels). Easy to access WiFi and hotel location. Finally, I can sit and enjoy my skin care and make up routine in the room with a good decent mirror. A lot of time, this is usually neglected, not a must to have, but when I see this in a boutique hotel, then I’ll be wondering why not the star rated hotels. It’s always good to have a good sized wardrobe, and they have it as well. The staff’s English is good too. Friendly and efficient!

Very nice hotel and super convenient location near Seolleung station, with plenty of restaurants nearby. I received an upgrade and a very spacious room. There is a decently-sized desk for work, which I appreciated since I did have to work a bit during my holidays. The wifi connection was great. The room was quiet and the bed was made everyday. The parking lot was free to use, albeit very narrow so have to be super careful. The staff was very polite and friendly, too. Overall I can really recommend the L7 in Gangnam.

Love how the location is not located at the busiest tourist spot but it is convenience enough as it is nearby the subway station & the main road. The Gangnam branch is made for people who travel in smaller groups, but the room is spacious enough to walk around and place your bigger luggages.

Good location: right in front of a bus stop, a few min walk from subway, as well as nearby convenience stores and olive young. Amazing room: fairly new/modern design with enough space for 2 luggages (as a solo traveller). comfy bed and AC that works well. but most importantly, bidet! Friendly staff: The staff were kind enough to help arrange transport to the airport.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was clean and hotel provided free beverages every day (not only in the room but also available at the reception). Location is good as it is not far away from the Yeoksam station. There are a lot of cafes and restaurants available in the walking distance from the hotel. Plus, the neighborhood was safe and quiet.

The hotel is just a 2-minute walk from Yeoksam metro station, which is on the circular line. This makes it incredibly convenient to reach all the main attractions and shopping malls, as well as to return to the hotel at any time. The hot breakfasts were delicious! While the main options were rice with various meats and sausages to choose from, along with a variety of vegetables, it was much better than relying on cold sandwiches or pastries at nearby cafes. The staff were polite and friendly. We stayed for 10 nights and were very satisfied with everything. Highly recommend!

Comfortable and clean, would stay again and very suitable for group of people or families.

The room had a very bad smell. I left the window open for a while, but it did not help. I think it's coming from the sink or the toilet. But I was too tired to complain and switch room. I was there for one night. I also did not like having to give my car key to them. The location is good. Not far from a subway station.

Changed room 3 times due to alot of defects in the room 1.Shower head fell down and luckily i was not in the bathtub 2. Kettle water leaked
