Booked for a night and everything was perfect. The room and the hotel in general were very clean, the staff was nice and supportive, location is great, close to Green Bazaar and the Cathedral. Good restaurants and cafes are nearby.

It’s exactly as the pictures and probably even better in reality! The garden outside was amazing with two cats around! I would definitely recommend it and go back again! The host was super nice!

We came to Kazakhstan for a concert. The Spartak Stadium was a 15-minute walk from the hotel. We arrived at the hotel at 4am and were able to order the tastiest soup I ever tried (or at least it seemed that way at 4am after a flight with no food.) Everything was clean, room service was ok. Forgot a couple of our requests, but always brought everything when reminded. Beds were comfy, great shower, fridge and kettle in the room. There is also a spa, but we never managed to get there because we found a spa in the mountains instead. Super cheap. Also there is a cafeteria 24/7 right next door to the hotel with tasty homemade food.

The location of the Mercure Almaty City Center hotel is impeccable. The staff at the hotel were very welcoming on arrival and throughout our stay from our first steps in the hotel all the way to check out. The suite we booked was very spacious and had nice amenities. It's a great place to stay in the lead up to big events.

Spacious room, heated floor, hot water is not limited , the room was cosy and warm. It was our best stay in quite a long time. It felt like a proper 5 star hotel.
