Nice,friendly and helpful staffs,we had a great time there. It has perfect location for the night\morning market and rooms are big and clean. And they are going to have a pool there , worth expecting. higly recommended.

Excellent colonial style hotel...perfect location...great level of services...amazing feeling!!!

Everything was good, friendly, clean, spacious room, excellent breakfast. 5 minutes to the night market but still secluded in a nice quiet area. Kin was very helpful, helping me with taxi and train tickets, my train ticket was cancelled due to overbooking, but Kin managed to call a friend and get me a ticket on a later train.

Location next to Mekong river was amazing and the staff was kind and very helpful. They upgraded our room after other guests cancelled their reservation.

This is a relatively new hotel and everything is well thought out and comfortable. The room was big and bright. The pool is enormous with plenty of seating around it. The location is very convenient for the town as it’s right on the doorstep. Breakfast was fabulous. The staff are helpful and polite. It has a great gym but unfortunately we didn’t have the time to use it.

The property was in the heart of the town, the location is perfect. I liked that there are free bicycles that you’re able to use and the staff are helpful with this if wanting to use. I loved how helpful and kind the staff are, always checking in and making conversation! Really made our first trip here nice. The room was modern and the bed was massive! Super comfy! Water everyday provided. The little cafe down stairs is reasonable and so much to offer. I’d stay again.

Balcony With View The room was a lovely surprise and our balcony with river view was favourite spot .staff were great And breafast was fantatic .Which were a pleasant surprise.

Incredible location within walking distance of everything we wanted to see and do. Room looked newly renovated with new floors and modern bath. Plenty of amenities like robes, slippers and toiletries.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The room was clean, spacious, and nicely decorated. The atmosphere was peaceful, perfect for relaxing. The staff were very friendly and always ready to help with anything I needed. The location is great, close to many main attractions and easy to get around. I would definitely come back and stay here again. 😊

Great value location. Room okay. Street noise early.

Zen Boutique is tucked away off one of the main streets, giving it a calm garden vibe. I was there during Songkran so having a quiet escape was a bonus! Close enough to the tourist part of town (where you can find endless food choices!) but you feel like you leave that behind when you walk back to Zen Boutique, so it is aptly named. Mr Bee is exceptional host/concierge...kind, accommodating, helpful and down to earth. My room was beyond my expectations! Bright, spacious, comfortable, and cleaned every day. I hope to find myself in Luang Prabang again and will absolutely book here again.

Room was spacious and clean with an amazing view. Everything is new and clean in the room, staff were extra polite and helpful.

My wife was there in January 2024 and all was perfect, room, location and very helpfully staff organize 1 car with driver to go outside Luang Prabang. Breakfast also was very good

The hotel is placed in a very calm area in the city centre. No cars or mopeds could be heared at night. The morning market is in the street where the hotel is placed what gave us the oportunity for shopping proviant before our trips started. The manager has organised all our trips and everthing worked very well. The breakfast was very fresh and tasty.
