The hotel is only 10 years old but had an old feel keeping the architecture and grandeur of Morocco's past. The staff was very friendly. Sofian was a great help. The location was perfect for an overnight transit point. It is easy walking distance between the train station and the bus station.

The breakfast was so good! It was a buffet with a blend of south european and traditional moroccan breakfast items. They changed the items a little bit each day so we never got tired of it. The hotel itself was beautiful and perfect for our stay - close to the train station and not in a touristy area so we were able to experience a serene and authentic vacation. It is the perfect middleground between a riad and a hotel since it's family owned. It was a short walk to get in to either the medina or the modern area of town. We especially enjoyed the rooftop restaurant where we ate morrocan food and the Karma Spa where I got an absolutetly wonderful hammam experience. The hotel staff was friendly and helped us with any questions we had.

Very kind staff in this hotel. The reception let me keep the room extra time for free before my check out and late flight. The hotel offer good prices for the rooms, the location is perfect and very good value for the money. I had i room with balcony over the pool area. Thank you so much and i will come back soon again!

Highly recommended to book your stay at Bab Hotel. Great location and it is close by to everywhere. The food at the hotel was great provided us a menu every night.

The staff are very friendly and helpful , on our arrival to hotel I borrowed umbrella from the receptionist lady and she was kind to give it to me . The hotel is nice , great location, good value for money .

Excellent service! Friendly and attentive staff, clean rooms and facilities. Amazing breakfast buffet with good variety. The attached restaurant serves excellent moroccan dishes for rather high price but well worth it.

Value. For a low priced room near the train station this room exceeded my expectations. While the property (elevators etc.) may seem dated, I was pleasantly surprised at the accommodation. The room had a balcony to a busy street but incredibly soundproof glass door. Good shower pressure and consistent temperature in a clean bathroom. Leisure chair and powder desk/station. Well appointed room that was comfortable, quiet, and clean.

Excellent customer service, the front desk staff, Ms Manal is very helpful in providing information to assist us in exploring Marrakech and arranging taxi for us. The suite is spacious and comfy, thank you for the upgrade. The hotel is near the train station and there are many restaurants nearby.
